Dear Dr Chan,
I am writing this email to apply for the above subsidies.
My name is YvonneNgSiewEng and i am an independent animal rescuer.
I started rescuing dogs and cats about 10 years ago and all this while i am using my own funds.
I would greatly appreciate if you could help to subsidized my rescues as I do not have any income
since retiring few years back.
I would like to apply vaccination subsidies for 3 kittens.
Sara is a female about 3 months old and she looks very sickly when found.
For your info, her medical card was written wrongly as Angel.
Baby is also 3 months old female that i rescued after seeing her having eyes infection.
Both are strays fromKotaKemuning.
Adam is a 3 months old male that i found wandering alone atSunway.
I have sent the receipts through post.
