Request for help rehoming dog:

“This amazing lovely & friendly dog has been roaming around my apartment. He became friendly & fond with everyone who lives there that includes my mom who named this dog ‘baby’. Few weeks back there was a rumors saying that he is dead, but he came back early today while I was about to leave for work. But apparently his tail has been cut off. He seems to be very much in pain & afraid. His female friend who is pregnant with his pups has been brutally slaughtered and poisoned. I am hoping that you guys can help take him away from my area, my area isn’t a safe place for dogs. Especially when its filled with heartless people. “
