Dear Mummy Dog,

We are sorry you had to give birth and nurse 10 puppies on your own
We are sorry that you had to push your mal-nourshed body to keep 10 puppies alive
You were not spayed and this is the result

We are sorry you do not have a clean and cosy place to raise your puppies
You were brought to us and the Shelter is already crowded
Maybe you were also an abandoned puppy and your mother was also not spayed...nobody knows

BUT stay strong and keep going,
And we will help, as much as we can afford

So YES, none of this would have happened if you had been spayed
