Attention to those in Tanjung Tuan area, Port Dickson. Black dog with bad neck wound (could be from embedded wire/chain) seen in the area, dog needs to be taken to a vet immediately. Please do post on this thread if you see the dog, and are attempting to help him/her! Thanks!

If there are any members near Port Dickson, we saw a black dog (Lab sized) with an horrific neck wound on Sunday – at Tanjung Tuan beach – turn left before you go up to the light house. It looked like it had been tied up with razor wire round it’s neck. I couldn’t see any skin around the neck, just a deep cut all the way around. We were just launching kayaks there in the early morning, so were unable to assist. When I came back, I could not see the dog around.
