We have subsidised RM100 for Kimi’s spaying.

Dear Dr. Chan,
We rescued 2 cats about 2 months back. The gray tabby (Money) was rescued from our rain gutter. We suspect that it fell in there when its mother brought it up to our roof. We had to request the help of the fire rescue team to fetch it out from the gutter as it fell in too deep. The tortoiseshell (Kimi) was found near a drain in our neighbourhood and it follow us back.
We are not sure of their age and gender at the moment. We think both are female and Money is about 3 months old now and and Kimi is perhaps a month older. We would like to check with you whether they are eligible for your neutering subsidy scheme. If you approve them for subsidy, we intend to bring them to a vet for checkup and if the vet allows it, we wish to send them for neutering.

2. We have taken Kimi to the vet for neutering surgery and we are happy to inform that the surgery went well and Kimi is now eating well. We attach herewith the photos of Kimi before and after the surgery.
3. We also attach scanned copies of the duly completed form as per your requirement and the receipt issued by the vet. We will post the physical copy of the form and the original receipt to you soon.
