Spay-Neuter Subsidies For 7 Cats (Melissa Mei Teng-Hua�s)

We have subsidised RM700 for the spaying of 4 female cats and neutering of 3 male cats. All cats are from a secondary school, looked after by the guard and Melissa Mei.

Dear Dr Chan,

These cats are from the sekolah agama. There are too many of them till I lost count. It wasn’t an easy task to catch them but I managed to pull it off after days of careful planning. I’ve been feeding around 20 of them for a week now and will continue doing so. Some of them are impossible to trap. I hope this set of photos are acceptable. Thank you.
