SOS! PUPPIES DUMPED @ SPCA.

5 puppies were dumped by two men yesterday outside SPCA. Our staff had to chase one man down and grab his arm to get him to stop. We tried very hard to reason with them, but their last response was “Bring me back the puppies, I go toss them in the river”.

Why do people behave so irresponsibly?

Attached is a picture of the puppies. They’re only about 2-3 weeks old. Please contact us at 42565312 if you can give one of them a home!
