Hi Dr Chan,
How are you? Hope you had a good weekend.
I hope you can help put up a notice about a white cat my friend found in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The cat is currently outside her house and my friend provides the cat with food and water. She can’t keep the cat inside because her parents won’t allow it. The cat is female and appears to be about a year old. There is no collar but the cat seems like a house pet.
