“Koko is 15 years WISE and going on sweet 16! I love his patience and that twinkle in his eyes when he smells…. FOOD! Like anyone of us, we will all age and Koko has cataracts and has already lost his hearing. With his limited vision, our family has to work together to ensure that our house is clutter-free so he will not trip and fall. Food must also be softened to ensure he can chew properly. We have watched him grow old over the years, and he too, has accompanied our family through his life, waiting for us to come home from school, watching us getting married to having kids.. And we will never abandon him just because he is getting old. A dog’s unconditional love will never change even when we or they are old!” – Jayce
