The Sunny Kittens were adopted on 18th June. While they were with me, they had conveniently taken over Tiger's baby basket.
Tiger is the Gandhi in my household. He is a total believer in Ahimsa (non-violence) - He never fights back. If Cow and Bunny threatens to attack him, which they sometimes do, he would just close his eyes real tight and not move. Somehow, it works. The two alpha-bullies back off after awhile. No thrill in threatening Tiger - he never fights back! Hence, Tiger doesn't get beaten up, nor does he come home with bite wounds, etc.
He is, in fact, quite popular with the tabbies on the road. Two tabbies, Cheque and Cash, are his friends. These two follow him around.
BUT....when the Sunnies took his baby basket, Tiger was quite annoyed. And that was the first time we EVER heard Tiger hiss at anybody. Tiger would come into the room, look at them in his baby basket and HISS.....
Today, after more than a month, is the first time Tiger sleeps in his baby basket again....so it's another historic moment in the household!
Breaking news...Tiger returns to his baby basket!
Of course he is too big for it, but he wants it...and that's nothing anyone can do about that!
