Hi Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for 4 male cats – Peace, Love, Joy & Kat Zai.

Peace, Love, Joy were rescued together with their mother, Teresa (�http://www.petfinder.my/pets/55588/�), on March 2014, at Kuchai Lama behind the restaurant Chili Padi. (This is their story on facebook -�https://m.facebook.com/mayki.p/albums/10152352250509892/?ref=bookmark)
