CHAINED FOR LIFE: Kept “only for alarm”, his owner claimed that he is “afraid of dogs”, and has never let it off the chain before. The poor dog’s infected wound was in such a bad state that it nearly cost him his life. He is now receiving proper medical attention in the vet’s clinic.

Chaining a dog goes against its natural instincts. Dogs are not meant to be tied up! Do you know that studies show that chained dogs are much more likely to bite than unchained dogs? Please, help to educate your friends and family about being a responsible pet owner!
