Thank you to the people who nominated ACRES and our Chief Executive Louis for the inaugural Singapore Advocacy Awards and for TWC3 for organising these awards. We are delighted that it was a double win for ACRES! Louis received the “Advocate of the Year” award and ACRES was on the honours list.

Thank you for all your support in our efforts in advocating for an end to animal cruelty in Asia!

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
