Mulan, Penny and Lilo are three of the five kittens (the Popsicles) that were left in front of my gate in a stryrofoam box many weeks ago. Nandhini offered to foster them, and two gingers have been adopted now (thanks to our vet who allowed us to put them in his clinic for adoption).
Mulan and Penny (females) are the two tortoiseshells while Mr Lilo (Nandhini thought he was female when she first named them) is ginger.
All three are up for adoption. If you'd like to open up your hearts and give them a home, please contact Nandhini on 012-3630991.
I know it's going to be pretty hard to get Mulan and Penny adopted since they are tortoiseshells, but let's pray for a miracle.

Mulan and Penny have been vaccinated. Penny, not yet, because she was recovering from diarrhoea. She is absolutely okay now and would follow Nandhini everywhere (like her shadow!) and even loves to go for car rides....until her sisters came home the clinic on Saturday. Nandhini said the reunion was a very touching scene. Yes, animals do feel as we do too. They function from their heart and brain, just like us. Or, would you prefer the word "soul" to describe that intricate heart-and-brain complex entity?
Some say animals have no soul? Of course they have! We sometimes think we function from our brain alone? Not so, according to the ancient texts, it's always from that complex entity of heart+brain, what the wise people call "soul".
I can't thank Nandhini enough for offering to foster these 5 Popsicles on the very day they were left at my front gate and I was not able to take them in due to two reasons: the Sunnies had JUST been adopted and my family and adult cats needed break (!) from new boarders, and because the renovation at the back of my house was running at its peak with the deafening noise.
I am very thankful for friends who would jump right in and offer a helping hand when I need it most. Somewhere in my youth or childhood, I must have done something good.....
Or perhaps, it's all about karmic affinity of everyone who is involved?
Does anyone here have any karmic affinity with Karuna, the old dog? We're trying desperately to find her a home....
