Report: Male cat roaming in the Medan Makmur area (Off Jln Usahawan, Setapak. One paw/limb appears to be cut off (could be a vehicle accident also), cat is wary of humans and difficult to lure. Anyone in the area can keep an eye out for this cat, and see if you can trap him immediately? Rescuer says it looks like a fresh wound, he will not last long if he isn’t treated asap.
