1st Vaccination Subsidies For 8 Dogs (Fan Ching Hooi�s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the vaccinations of 8 factory dogs. These dogs are looked after by Mr Fan and his colleague. Mr Fan does not use email and a friend helped send the following photos to us. Mr Fan communicates with us by phone.
