PUPPY SAVES 3-YEAR-OLD LOST IN SIBERIAN BEAR COUNTRY

Never underestimate the power of a puppy. A three-year-old girl who had spent 11 days in a Siberian forest was just saved after her puppy led rescuers to her.

In the remote Sakha Republic, a place that is home to many bears and wolves, the toddler somehow stayed alive on river water and berries with the puppy by her side. With overnight temperatures dipping dangerously low, her family feared the worse.

Two days before she was rescued, the pup returned to the village and then became invaluable in leading searcher’s to the girls location.
