Someone left a comment asking how to deal with a neighbour's cats who are causing a lot of trouble for her. She has spoken to the neighbour but to no avail. She doesn't want to report to the authorities knowing that the authorities would just capture and kill.

I truly empathise with her.

Here's a leaflet from the Cat Welfare Society, Singapore. They have given me permission to use it freely.

On the left side is what to use if you DON'T like cats. On the right is how to attract cats into your house!
