Chury is just 5 years of age. She is one of many street dogs who face a tough battle for survival from the day they are born.

Never having had a home of her own or an owner to love her, Chury was all alone in the world.

Picked up by Animal Rescue Officer Khun Sanae recently, Chury was diagnosed with severe skin problems that had caused almost all her fur to fall out.

She is now on medication to treat this and the fur is slowly starting to return.

Sadly, Chury is not an isolated case. Soi Dog treats many dogs just like her every week.

We receive no government funding and would be powerless without donations from our supporters. Simply put, many dogs and cats would die.
