So, the key is to empathise, and not anthropomorphise. But how much can we empathise when we are two different species and we certainly lack the ability to read their minds?

There is already evidence that koalas do NOT like to be carried for photography sessions. Yet, humans continue to do it.

We’ll never really know, so we can only read the body language and try our best to empathise.

Or else, as in Cow-cats, get ready to for a tetanus jab! �(Note: Cow is my cranky and temperamental cat who has petting aggression, but at other times, is a sweet pussy!)
