I am a 4 year old girl, a street cat of Thailand. I have grown up without ever having an owner to love me. My whole life has been a fight to survive. My name is Aisha.

I was brought to Soi Dog with a seriously infected wound on one of my paws. It had obviously been there for some time, but after so long without treatment, all the surrounding tissue was dead and I was in a lot of pain.

The vets knew that I wouldn�t get better unless they removed the toe where this nasty wound was. Since they did that, I am no longer in pain and I am gradually healing after the surgery. I can now practice using my leg again.

The vets tell me that despite everything I�ve been through, I am one of the lucky street cats. It is thanks to the regular donations of some Soi Dog supporters that I got the treatment I urgently needed.

These supporters are called the Emergency Response Team.
