My name is Jeffery and I am a 4 year old boy. I was brought to Soi Dog from a nearby temple after developing a very nasty wound on my head.

The wound had been there quite some time so I can�t even remember how I got it but the vets think I was attacked by another dog.

A man called Khun Thep picked me up. He is an Animal Rescue Officer from Soi Dog and when he saw me, he cleaned out and treated my wound there and then, before taking me to the shelter. Now, Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Eugene are looking after me.

I am starting to feel a bit better now that I am on antibiotics for the infection and having that wound cleaned every day.

This is all thanks to a special group of Soi Dog supporters called the Emergency Response Team. Their monthly donations meant I could be picked up and helped.
