I’m WHIPPED CREAM- I’m one of 1,500 survivors from the horrific Dog Meat Trade PLEASE ADOPT ME

Please email cristy@soidog.org for adoption enquires.

My name is WHIPPED CREAM and I now know I am one of the lucky ones. If Soi Dog hadnt saved us all, we would have been SKINNED ALIVE AND BOILED FOR OUR FLESH.

You see, people in these other countries eat dog meat as a delicacy. They think by skinning us alive to inflict excruciating pain before we die, this makes our meat taste nicer for their restaurant customers – could you imagine such a thing?

I have never known such fear I was snatched at night from my family and squashed into a small metal cage with many other dogs. We were taken away on a truck to cross the border.

The pain of being squashed in the tiny metal cage with the other dogs was relentless. Where were these people taking me? Why were there so many of us? Why did they not care when they could hear many dogs crying with fear as we travelled though the night, and the older dogs unable to cope with the stress and heat during the day, as we had no food or water in stifling heat.

Many died as we drove for 3 days towards the border I will never forget how bad I felt as I could do nothing for them…..

Finally we stopped for what felt like a long time. I heard lots of shouting and felt cages moving underneath me. Why were we being taken off the truck? These people seemed different they were looking at us like they cared and were checking to see if we were ok. We were taken to a big shelter built especially for dogs like us that were rescued from the Dog Meat Trade. I have never seen so many dogs.

I was very dehydrated and unable to walk due to wounds from being squashed in the cage for so long. Later that day, I was rescued by a kind lady from Soi Dog and taken down to their clinic in Bangkok to be treated for my injuries.

That was 6 months ago and whilst it has taken a long time, I am now feeling much better and finally have the energy of a two and a half year old girl again.

I would dearly like a forever home with a comfortable bed, nice food and a family to love me. That way I can free up a space at the Soi Dog clinic so they can help another sick dog, like I was.

Soi Dog want to help me find a forever home, so if you have a place in your heart to adopt me please contact cristy@soidog.org.

I have heard great things about the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe and am not fussy I will like to live in any one of these places. My only request is that it is with a family who loves me.

If you can adopt Whipped Cream – please email cristy@soidog.org
