1st Vaccination For Mackey, Rescued Dog (Terng Xiang Yue�s)

We have subsidised RM25 for Mackey’s 1st vaccination. Xiang Yue is a student and he teaches tuition to earn money for his rescue work.

Dear Dr Chan,

Kindly find attached pic of Mackey and his vaccination card.

Mackey was rescued from the pound together with 3 other puppies – Tutti who had distemper and had died, � Fruitti who is still under observation and Yogurt who didn’t make it due to parvovirus.

Mackey is now being fostered by an uncle because the clinic is full. He cannot be neutered yet because Dr still want him to be under observation for 2 more weeks.

Again I am applying for subsidy and I would like you to approve the pic first before I post the documents.

As usual, kindly see if the pic are ok or not before I get my father who drives taxi in USJ to drop these forms in your letterbox because my father said this month is Hari Raya and mail services will be slow.
