I WAS STOLEN TO BE SKINNED ALIVE FOR MY MEAT. Where to now� PLEASE ADOPT ME…

My name is PRANCER and I am one of the lucky ones. I was saved from a certain excruciating death destined for a restaurant dinner table.

Late at night I was taken from the front of my house and crammed into a cage full of other dogs. I was trembling so much with fear and shock and I watched my house disappear as the truck drove away.

I am bigger than a normal sized dog and it hurt being squashed in the metal cage with other dogs. Where were these people taking me? I could hear the younger dogs crying as we travelled through the night and the older dogs unable to cope with the stress and heat during the day and many dying. I am not sure how many dogs died on the journey but there was less and less noise as we drove…

By some miracle, the truck I was travelling in was intercepted by people working with Soi Dog and I am now living at a dog meat trade rescue shelter in North Thailand with TWO THOUSAND other dogs.

While I am thankful to be here, I would dearly like to find a forever home with a comfortable bed, nice food and a family to love me. I live in a compound with hundreds of other dogs and am just existing day to day trying to avoid being attacked by gangs of the more ferocious dogs as there are over 300 dogs loose in my compound..

Some days are a struggle I will be honest and I wonder will this be my life forever..
