Let’s take a look at the Runner Up for the S.O.S Mascot Competition – Searo! In his efforts to raise awareness about mitigating the decline of the country�s future fish stock, Searo wears a red net as a cape with a bigger mesh size as implemented by the Department of Fisheries which prevents juvenile fishes from being caught.
