I am Mommam. I am a young boy, only about 8 months of age, but I have been suffering so unnecessarily. Some time ago, I was hit by a car, which left me with a nasty injury on my head, beside one of my ears. I did have an owner and I don�t know why he didn�t take me to a vet when it happened. I was suffering a lot, but I think he thought it would just get better.

Instead, my injury got a lot worse. A very nice local man found me and he was so worried when he saw me. He called Soi Dog and Animal Rescue Officer Khun Thep came straight away and picked me up. By this time, my injury was a maggot-infested wound.

The vets at Soi Dog are helping me every day and I am getting so much better thanks to their treatment of my wound. I got the best news of all when they told me that the kind local man who found me wants to adopt me and give me a proper forever home when I am better. I do love all the people here but I can�t wait for my own home with an owner who really will love me!

I really need to thank the Soi Dog supporters who got me here. They are called the Emergency Response Team and their donations were used to get me the treatment I had needed for so long.
