Spaying Subsidy For 2 Female Cats (Abdurahemsa B Mohd Mokhtar�s)

I understand from my colleague, Ms Mary, that your organisation, AnimalCare encourages neutering of stray cats by subsidizing the costs of the procedure. She has been encouraging me to practice this to the community cats around my area in Puchong.

Upon her advice, I have brought 2 female stray cats that I suspect are abandoned by their owner to the clinic in USJ for the procedure on 2^nd�June 2014. The procedure was done the same day and I collected the cats on the very next day and release them back to the community after taking care of them for almost a week.

As such, I would like to apply for neutering subsidy from AnimalCare and hope for your kind consideration on this. �I am pleased to attach here the photos of the cats involved which were taken before and after the procedure together with the completed form and original receipt.
