Sanctuary Revamp
Tweet |
Over the last two weeks, Volunteers have begun our revamp project to improve our outdoor sanctuary. Our plan is to maximize the space to bring more of our animals out . This project begins with the first task to ‘brick up’ all enclosures to be more permanent. Dedicated student volunteers from NPS International School helped us demolish a existing enclosure to make way for a better enclosure.
Then volunteers from Deutsche Bank came and started to build the enclosures by laying the first bricks. They not only volunteered their time and effort but also funded the materials for the project. We could not thank Deutsche Bank more for their gracious funding of the materials.
We would like to thank all the volunteers thus far who have worked in the sun and heat to make this revamp project possible. We still need volunteers to help us with laying bricks and in the process change the lives of many of our rescued animals.
Do contact us if you guys are interested or able to do cement/brick laying work.
