It’s World Environment Day today. We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce everyone to our Turtle Guardians! Who are they?

WWF-Malaysia’s field biologists lead a team of people comprising of marine conservation graduate students and members of the local communities in Melaka, Sabah and Terengganu. They are fondly known as the Turtle Guardians.

Their duties include patrolling nesting beaches every night during nesting season from 8.30pm to 5.00am, amongst other activites. You can help support their efforts by donating at http://pandashop.my/turtleguardian/.
