Dear Dr. Chan,
I would like to apply for your vaccination subsidy. These are kittens from Warung 10. I sent back their mum to the warung after spaying (thanks AnimalCare for the subsidy) and am now fostering her kittens. They have some fungal infections on their skin and I’m treating them. The receipt is for 5 cats but I am paying for one and only be claiming subsidy for these 4. I hope to get a favorable reply from you. Thanks!
