Hi Dr. Chan,
I would like to apply for the neutering subsidy for Ophee, Ohee-a and Mickey. They are cats in my neighbourhood that i have been feeding for the past few months. They are also fed by a neighbour. I am planning to have them neutered in the next 3 months. Ophee(female) & Ohee-a(male) are siblings and they’re about 1 year old. Mickey(male) is about 2 years old. I have sent their mama for spaying in January and April this year and another cat was spayed April last year. They are released into the community and i feed them daily. I hope you can consider my application, thank you!

Good evening!
I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for Mickey, a cat in my neighbourhood that i have been feeding. He was neutered last Sunday and got his ear tipped. He will be released back to the colony. The receipt and form are posted yesterday.
