Dear Sis Chan,
Till date, neither the owner nor the adopter to be, come forward for this dog named Thong-boon. Actually, Thong-boon has been around the temple more than a month based on the story told by a lady who stays just opposite the temple. She promised me to take Thong-boon for spaying but to no avail.
9thMay, Thong-boon was sent to the vet. Before surgery, Thong-boon went for ultrasound to confirm her status of pregnancy. Fortunately, the vet found nothing in her womb and was then planned for spaying on the following day. At the same time, Thong-boon was also front-lined.
17thMay, After a week of her recuperation in the clinic, Thong-boon was taken back to the temple and allows her to roam freely in its compound.
21stMay,Linda, a devotee in the temple, graciously sponsored (RM 200) for spaying and foods of Thong-boon. Resident monks in the temple say that Thong-boon is healthy and nice looking dog. I will inform you if there is any potential adopter for Thong-boon.
