PUPPY’S WHIMPERING HEARD BY AMAZED LANDFILL WORKER

Workers at a trash transfer station in Dickson, Tennessee rescued a puppy who may have been thrown out with the trash. Landfill worker 23-year-old Troy Holt was shocked to hear a whimpering sound as he was processing the trash. It’s rather incredible that the dog’s cries would be heard over the sound of heavy machinery.

�It�s real loud but I heard it anyway,’ Troy told the local news station. “I wasn�t for sure but I thought I heard something then I started listening a little harder and stopped and sure enough, there that puppy was,� said Holt.

The puppy has been taken to a local shelter, Last Chance Pet Rescue, and given the name Midas. May he go on to have a truly golden life.
