We have subsidised RM25 for Anabel’s 1st vaccination. Anabel’s spaying was also subsidised by us and so was her medical treatment last year.

Hi Kah Yein,
Would like to apply for vaccination subsidy for Anabelle. Finally we are able to give her the 1st vaccination. She had some flea problem and we had to wait for that to clear first. Attached is a recent photograph of Anabel and the vaccination sticker.
