Spay-Neuter Subsidy For 2 Community Cats (Pat Ong Swee Kim�s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying and neutering of these two cats (black one female, orange one male).

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have two strays again that need to be neutered and spayed.

The orange one is a male and the black one is a female that just gave birth recently.

P.S. The little orange fluff stuck to the mommy cat was brought to me by a schoolgirl who found it in a drain on the way back from school. Luckily the mommy cat is still nursing her own kittens so she is now feeding this little one.
