Dear Dr Chan,

It would be very much appreciated if you could post this found dog
notice on AnimalCare:

A couple found this small male dog in Balakong near the Mines in
November 2013. The dog had no microchip. They couldn’t trace the owner
and has been fostering him till last weekend when they have to give
him up as they were moving into a new place which strictly don’t allow
dogs. As a result, they contacted me for help to take over through my
office colleague who’s related to them.

Although there has been a long time lapse, I’m still going to post him
up for one week to check if his owner is still looking for him before
I neuter him and put him up for adoption.

Proof of ownership would be required for any claims. The genuine owner
should provide the dog’s name, pictures, their home address and if
needed, a police report. Please contact me by e-mail at
