Neutering Sponsorship For Arthur, Rescued Dog (Eileen Ng Ai Ling�s)

� � I would like to seek spaying subsidy for Arthur. Arthur was found sitting in a park at Damansara Kim just after Chinese New Year with an MPPJ tag and a wound on his leg. I managed to track down the owner but he denied it was his dog. He claimed his dog was at home. After discussing with a few friends, we decided not to pursue because we are worried the owner may throw him out a second time. Arthur is estimated to be middle age, a rottie cross. He is generally easy going. His wound has been treated and now after castration, we hope to find him a good home.
