Lucky Girl Rinko Saved From A Lifetime Of Pain

Rinko came to Soi Dog after a staff member�s friend spotted her at a beachside bar. This lovely little girl of approximately two years of age was having terrible problems with her back paws. Both paws had wounds, which meant Rinko couldn�t stand or walk properly and was no doubt in a lot of pain.

Animal Rescue Officer Khun Jaroon collected Rinko and brought her to the shelter. The vets examined her back paws and immediately cleaned her wounds and started her on a course of medication. They took an x-ray which revealed a couple of old fractures that may have caused the problems with Rinko�s back legs.

Despite the extent of her wounds and the pain she was in on arrival here, Rinko is a lovely, friendly girl who just wants a cuddle and the chance to explore her new environment. She is now receiving the care she needs thanks to the members of the Emergency Response Team.
