Good day to you!
This young black male cat was rescued and temporary foster by me and i just send him for castration at the clinic, as i thinking to release him back to where I’m found him and managed together with group of stray cats near where i’m staying currently. Hope you organisation can accept my claim under your neutering subsidy program.
