Barry And Kawpan Come To Shelter After The Death Of Their Owner
Tweet |
Soi Dog volunteer Lillian recently became aware of two lovely dogs who had been left alone after the death of their owner. Barry and Kawpan are a lovely pair, who at the ages of 7 and 4 years are very attached and dependant on each other. As there is no one else to care for them, Soi Dog Foundation has offered them a safe refuge and hopefully they can be found a home together.
Both dogs are in good health and were obviously well cared for by their owner. Both have now had their vaccinations updated and have now been dewormed and treated for ticks. They are not yet up for adoption however once they are, we really think they need to be rehomed together.
While not all dogs who come to the shelter need urgent treatment, the Emergency Response Team also allows Soi Dog to provide housing for dogs who have nowhere else to go. If you would like to help dogs like Barry and Kawpan, who could not possibly survive on their own after being beloved pets, you can do so by joining the Emergency Response Team.
