Hi Dr Chan,
I’m Pang May Ki. I would like to apply neutering subsidy for this female cat. She is a community cat at the flat I stayed at Kuchai Lama. She had been trapped 3 weeks ago and get her for spayed on last friday after observed that she is healthy. She will be released after her wound completely recover.
Hope you can approve my application. Please let me know if you need further information.
