�It’s Oscar, enjoying the view from the window of HIS office!

Oscar was an abandoned Persian mix cat, a former pet. He rescued in an emaciated stick-thin condition in February, but is now enjoying life in Connie’s office! He is fatter too and has already been neutered. Connie says when she brought him back from the clinic (after being neutered), Oscar was bouncing around very happily, as though saying, “Yay! I’m neutered, I’m neutered!”.

Now, that’s definitely positive thinking, isn’t it?
