We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Koda.
Unfortunately, Hamidah says her vet did not give her a vaccination card, so we cannot subsidise the vaccination.

Greetings,
As per subject above, i am writing this email via my daughther’s email account to make a request for Stray Cat Neuter and Vaccine subsidy. Apologize as i do not have my own email account and hope this is acceptable.
Koda is a stray female cat given birth to 6 kittens. My daughter and I usually feed her but with the 6 additional kittens, we decided to stop the breed and proceed with neutering for Koda. Prior to neutering, veterinarian advices to get her a vaccine to keep it safe since Koda never get a vaccine before. Therefore, we take the advice and took her for vaccine then neuter at the same vet clinic.
Attached are the 2 photos of pre- and post-op. I will send you the receipt together with subsidy form soon.
