Basho Comes To The Clinic After Being Dumped At A Temple

We received a report recently about a five year old dog, who had been dumped at a local temple. Animal rescue officer Khun Thep was sent to the temple to examine this dog and on arrival he saw that Basho had a wound near his neck. The local people living near the temple told Khun Thep that the dog had been cut on the neck and then dumped.

Khun Thep decided it was best for Basho to come back to the clinic for treatment. Dr Eed examined Basho and it was obvious that his wound had become infected and needed urgent treatment with antibiotics. Basho now remains under the watchful eye of the vets and we hope that now he is being treated that his infection does not get worse.

It is only with your help that dogs like Basho can receive the immediate care they need. You can help Basho and many dogs like him by becoming a member of the Emergency Response Team. Please visit https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/ert/ert.html and join today.
