Spaying Subsidy For Joey, Rescued Cat (Joy Chong Suyin�s)

Thank you for the reply. I have a stray cat which I found with 5 kittens 3 weeks ago and they are breastfeeding. Recently I have spayed the mum and would like to ask for subsidy if possible because I have been paying for their medical as in Fungal, ringworm treatments and also recently paid for an accident cat which I have rescued and told you about in the recent email. The burden is really heavy on me as I cannot forged out so much money for all this. The cat name is Joey. I’m attaching bills as proofs that this cat has been brought for treatment. Why I brought to different vet is because the cat has was not recovering when given medication from one clinic but after seeing another vet, a vast improvement. The bill for spaying Joey is RM130.
