Good Morning Dr Chan,

This cat came to our back lane for food one night only in beginning of March.

However for the past week, she now waits for us to come back from work at my front porch every evening for food. She is not easily intimidated by my other cats and would meow loudly for food.

I therefore would like to seek your approval to apply for neutering subsidy for her.
