Hi Dr Chan,
I caught Timon yesterday and thankfully, he could be neutered on the same day so I went to collect him in the evening after office hours.I won’t be applying for any subsidy for his neutering. The vet found many battle scars on his head indicating that he’s being in a lot of fights which is not surprising with his alpha cat status. The vet helped to apply iodine to any new wounds, trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears. He stayed at my place overnight to recover before being released back to the food court this morning. I think it would be betterto target male cats first (assuming they can be caught) since they can mate with many female cats, it’s cheaper to neuter them than to spay female cats and there’s less riskduring their neutering surgery.
Kudos, Koo!
