Poor Young Rocky Comes To Soi Dog With Two Broken Legs

Rocky, who is only a young dog at 13 weeks of age, was recently taken to a local vet hospital after being hit by a car. Rocky has undergone surgery to insert pins in her front legs and she has since come to Soi Dog Foundation for recovery and rehabilitation.

Rocky is currently having her wounds from surgery treated and is resting her legs. She is having trouble walking and is being given painkillers to help with her recovery. We are hoping with rest and once she has recovered from the surgery that she will be able to do some gentle exercise and regain the ability to walk.

Rocky is also suffering from mange on her head and this will also be treated. We imagine she is very itchy, but no doubt more bothered by the injuries from the car accident.
