Hi, its me Dwita Sukma again, sorry for emailing you, I would like to request subsidy on Vaccine and Spaying for this dog, I can not make any advertisement in pet finder or simply give this dog to the adopter without spaying first, that is why I am requesting for subsidy on Vaccine and Spaying before I fill up the form that you given to me before.

Plan to do :

1. Date : 16/3/14 = Vaccinated and Deworm at City Pet Vet Clinic Serdang Raya

2. Date : 20/3/14 = Spay in St Angel Vet Clinic Equin
